*Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1^st or 15^th of the month, or next business day if the 1^st or 15^th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15^th of a month. Includes in-unit laundry, high-speed internet, community amenities. Annual administrative fee ($450, or $150 with approved guarantor) and $15 application fee required. Current available rates shown; rates are subject to change through the time a contract is fully signed.
